Terms Of Use

These terms cover visitors to the AZTEK Pro website, customers verifying a warranty, and certified studios using the Connect partner portal. Partners are additionally bound by their signed partner agreement, which takes precedence where the two differ.

Submitting an enquiry or quote request does not create a contract. Quotations are issued by the certified studio carrying out the work, and pricing is a matter between you and that studio.

• A warranty is issued against a completed installation carried out by a certified studio. Cover, duration and exclusions are those stated on the warranty record and the coverage table on the warranty page.
• Warranty verification is provided so a warranty can be checked. A verification result reflects the record at the time of the check and is not itself a guarantee of cover.
• Work carried out by anyone other than a certified studio is not covered.

• Accounts are issued to named individuals. Do not share credentials; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Certification is earned through the Academy and is valid for the period stated on the certificate. It may be withdrawn where standards are not met.
• A warranty may only be registered against a job card whose quality checkpoints have been completed and whose installation photographs have been uploaded. The platform enforces this.
• AZTEK brand assets may be used only while certification is current, and only as set out in the partner agreement.

Do not attempt to access records belonging to another studio or customer, disrupt the service, or misrepresent your certification tier.

The platform is provided as it stands. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change.
