How we handle personal information
Last updated 29 July 2026
Draft — pending legal reviewThis describes how the platform currently works and has not yet been reviewed or approved by a legal adviser. It is published so the information is available, not as a final agreement. The approved wording will replace it.
What this covers
This policy applies to the AZTEK Pro website, the Connect partner portal, the customer warranty area, and the warranty verification page.
Information we collect
The platform records the following, and only where you provide it:
- Enquiries. Name, email, phone, city and state, and the message you send through the contact or quote forms.
- Partner applications. Business name, owner name, email, mobile, city, state and the product line you are interested in.
- Installation records. Where a certified studio carries out work, the job record may include your name, vehicle or property details, and photographs of the installation taken as quality evidence.
- Warranties. The warranty record holds the product fitted, installation and expiry dates, the installing studio, and your name.
- Accounts. If you hold a partner, installer or customer account, we store your email, display name and role.
How it is used
- To respond to your enquiry and route it to the nearest certified studio.
- To issue, verify and support warranties.
- To operate partner accounts, training and certification.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Public warranty verification
Anyone holding a warranty number can verify it on this site. That check returns only the warranty status, the product, the installing studio and the relevant dates. It does not return the customer's name, contact details, or any pricing. Verification lookups are logged.
Who can see your information
Certified studios see only their own customers, jobs and warranties. Installation photographs are restricted to the studio that carried out the work, the installer assigned to it, and AZTEK staff. AZTEK administrators can see records across the network in order to operate it.
Storage and retention
Data is held in a managed PostgreSQL database and object storage. Warranty records are retained for the life of the warranty and a reasonable period afterwards, since they may be needed to honour a claim.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion, write to info@aztekpro.com. Deletion of a warranty record may end the cover attached to it.
